At the Christian Karate Association (CKA), the integrity and reputation of our instructors are of paramount importance. We deeply appreciate their interest in joining our esteemed group of instructors, and we're committed to ensuring that every candidate aligns with our mission and values.

As part of our selection process, all aspiring instructors are required to complete an online application. But beyond that, we also seek to understand the character of our candidates. To this end, we require three Character References for every instructor candidate. This is a critical part of our process, as it provides valuable insights into your character beyond what can be gleaned from a standard application form.
