CKA's Licensing Agreement
Christian Karate Association (CKA) Licensing Agreement
This Licensing Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between the Christian Karate Association (CKA) and all CKA Instructors and Leadership:

Rights and Usage:

All CKA Instructors and Leadership are granted full rights to use the following:

CKA name
-
Logos
-
Character qualities
-
Rank books
-
Ranking systems
-
Trademark names: Christian Karate Association, Christian Karate, KidFit Karate, KarateFit, Christian Karate system

Website/app services associated with CKA

Integrity and Compliance:

All CKA Instructors and Leadership agree to uphold the integrity of CKA, its founders, instructors, logos, and brand at all times.
Compliance and Updates:

CKA Instructors and Leadership commit to staying current with all CKA publications and changes, implementing them promptly in their schools. This includes all changes in curriculum, teaching methods and online program.

They also agree to maintain up-to-date certifications through yearly renewal and online subscriptions.
Termination and Disaffiliation:

In the event of non-compliance or a decision to leave CKA, the following steps must be taken:

Provide a letter of intent to CKA Headquarters.

Cease the use of any CKA material, logos, character qualities, rank books, ranking systems, or trademark names.

Discontinue the use of Christian Karate Association, Christian Karate, KidFit Karate, or KarateFit branding.

If an Instructor or Leader wishes to continue teaching martial arts post-disaffiliation, they must:

Refrain from representing CKA in any capacity.

Inform all existing students that they are no longer associated with CKA.

This Agreement is binding upon acceptance and adherence to the terms stated above. Failure to comply may result in the termination of licensing rights.
